Activity Avenue provides personalised school holiday activity planning and concierge services (“the Services”) to families in Australia. By using our website or booking a service, you agree to these Terms of Service.

2. Services

We help parents find, plan, and book school holiday activities. Activity Avenue acts as a concierge and booking facilitator — not as the activity provider. All final responsibility for running activities lies with the third-party providers.

3. Payments and Fees

• All fees are listed in AUD and must be paid in full before a booking is confirmed.
• Payments are processed securely through bank transfer or other approved method.
• Fees for concierge services are non-refundable once an itinerary has been finalised and bookings made.
• Activity provider refund policies may vary; these are the responsibility of the provider.

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

• Provide accurate information about their children, preferences, and availability. 
• Review and approve final itineraries before bookings are confirmed.
• Follow all terms and safety guidelines of the chosen activity providers.
   

5. Cancellations and Changes

• Changes requested after booking confirmation may incur additional fees.
• If an activity provider cancels or changes a session, we will do our best to assist in rescheduling or finding a replacement but cannot guarantee refunds from third parties.
   

6. Liability

Activity Avenue acts as an intermediary only. We do not own, operate, or control the activities booked. We are not responsible for injury, loss, damage, or dissatisfaction arising from any third-party provider or event.

7. Privacy

We collect and store client information in line with our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to our collection and use of your personal information as described there.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this site (including branding, text, and design) is the property of Activity Avenue and may not be copied or reused without permission.
